About us
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower and enrich the lives of all children in Clinton County by providing inclusive, accessible, and safe sports opportunities. We are dedicated to fostering teamwork, confidence, and healthy lifestyles without discrimination of any kind, ensuring that every child—regardless of financial status or background—has the chance to play, grow, and succeed.
At Beyond the Bell for Clinton County, we believe every child deserves the chance to play, grow, and succeed—no matter their financial situation.
Founded by local community members who understand the power of sports to shape lives, Beyond the Bell for Clinton County was created to break down the financial barriers that prevent children from joining teams and enjoying the physical and emotional benefits of sports. Whether it’s registration fees, equipment costs, or uniform expenses, we’re here to help families say yes to youth sports.
What We Do
- Extracurricular Scholarships: We provide up to $150 per child, per sport/ extracurricular activity to help cover registration fees and/or essential equipment.
- Removing Barriers: No paperwork headaches. No proof of income required. If your child needs help playing, we’re here to support you—judgment-free.
- Community Support: We partner with local leagues, coaches, and donors who share our vision of a community where every kid can play.
Studies show that youth who participate in sports are more likely to excel in school, develop strong social skills, and stay active for life. But for many families, cost is a major barrier. Beyond the Bell for Clinton County exists to change that.
Together, we can create a future where every child has the chance to step on the field, build confidence, and belong.

Her Ventures
Cara Montarsi State Farm Agency — Since opening her agency in 2019, Cara has helped families, individuals, and businesses throughout Lock Haven and the surrounding region safeguard what matters: from auto, home, renters, and business insurance, to life, health, and personal articles. She’s known for personalized service—helping people understand what they have, why they have it, and how to protect it.
Caramia’s ReLoved Fashion — Started in 2022, this upscale resale store came from Cara’s own journey (after weight loss) and the realization that good clothes shouldn’t mean empty pockets. Caramia’s allows people to buy designer or high-end fashion at phenomenal value and offers donating clothing / selling back for store credit. Importantly, Caramia’s also partners with local social service organizations so people in need can get vouchers for clothing at no cost.
Jackson Productions, LLC — Specializing in photo booth rentals and event services, Jackson Productions adds a creative, fun dimension to her business repertoire. It’s part of how Cara believes in celebrating life’s moments—big and small—while also generating opportunities in her community.
Philanthropy & Community Commitment
Cara is deeply rooted in Lock Haven and Clinton County. She’s active in Downtown Lock Haven, the Chamber of Commerce, the Clinton County Economic Partnership, and organizations like Sleep in Heavenly Peace.
Her nonprofit, We Cara Bout Clinton County Youth, was founded with a simple but powerful idea: every child should have access to structured and meaningful extracurricular activities, regardless of financial means or other barriers. She is Founder, CEO & Executive Director. The goal is to open doors—mentoring, youth-centered spaces, safe programs—so children can grow, explore, and belong.
Why It Matters
In Cara’s world, business success is not an end in itself — it’s a means to lift others. For her, helping a family secure insurance, giving someone an outfit they feel proud in, or helping a child discover passion through extracurriculars — these are all parts of the same mission: better futures for all.

Craig Galentine is a dedicated community leader, youth advocate, and skilled tradesman based in Loganton, Pennsylvania. Born in Jersey Shore, PA, Craig has always valued strong roots, hard work, and the importance of giving back—principles that have guided his life both professionally and personally.
Craig's passion for working with youth began early. While studying Child Care in high school, he discovered a deep commitment to helping children grow into confident, capable individuals. That same passion led him to become actively involved in the Boy Scouts of America, where he developed critical leadership skills and earned the organization’s highest honor—the rank of Eagle Scout—in 2003.
Though he now works in the carpentry field, Craig has continued to prioritize youth mentorship and community engagement. For over 16 years, he has served as a coach, board member, and currently President of the Central Mountain Youth Football and Cheer organization. In this role, he leads with heart, fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among the young athletes in his community. His leadership has helped shape not only a strong sports program but also the lives of countless kids and families.
At the center of Craig’s life is his family. He is proudly married to Erica Galentine, and together they are raising five children—four boys and one girl—with the same values of integrity, service, and dedication that define Craig’s own journey. His role as a father deeply influences his commitment to youth programs, as he works to build a stronger future not only for his own children but for all children in his community.
Craig is known for his steady presence, tireless work ethic, and ability to lead by example—on the field, in the workshop, and within his community. His life’s work centers on building: whether he’s crafting with his hands or helping to build character and confidence in the next generation, Craig Galentine is a builder in every sense of the word.
